Come and join us to celebrate Independence Day and the USA's 250th at our annual Fourth of July event, Freedom Over Austin! We will have an All-American carnival for all ages with inflatables, yard games, food trucks, live music, and end the night with an incredible fireworks show! Invite friends and family and come join us for a great time.

Is this event free?
Yes, this event is 100% free to the public!
Will there be parking?
Yes! We will have free parking available at Vandegrift High School and Four Points Middle School on McNeil Drive. Handicap parking will be available on the ABC campus at the McNeil entrance.
Will there be shuttles?
Also yes! We will have shuttles going back and forth between ABC and our available parking for your convenience.
Should I bring my own seating?
We encourage you to bring your own lawn chair or picnic blanket to share with family and friends! We will have designated seating areas for the live music stage and fireworks show.
What should I expect for water?
We will have water fountains and free bottled water available around the event if you find yourself in need of some!
What food will be available?
There will be several food truck options available, from tacos, corndogs, ice cream, shaved ice, and so much more. So, come hungry!
What if I need more information when I arrive?
Please come visit us at one of the Info Tables, located at the event entrances and in Lobby! Here you will find event maps, waivers for the outdoor activities, and one of our many volunteers ready to help with whatever you need!
Do I need to fill out a liability waiver for the outdoor activities?
Yes! A liability waiver is required to participate in the outdoor activities. QR codes will be posted throughout the event that you can scan to complete the waiver on your phone. Once you've submitted the waiver, bring your confirmation to the Info Table (marked in green on the map above) by the outdoor activities or the Info Table in the Lobby to receive your wristband.
